These terms govern access to and use of FACTID. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use FACTID only within your authorized organization.
2. Organizer responsibilities
The organizer is responsible for campaign legality, rules, notices, participant eligibility, prizes and lawful collection/import of participant data. FACTID does not make a promotion legal merely by processing a draw.
3. Verifiable draws
FACTID records evidence intended to make published draws independently checkable. Verification proves consistency with the published evidence; it is not a legal certification of the promotion.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful data, interfere with other tenants or use FACTID for deceptive or illegal promotions.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided subject to reasonable operational limits. To the extent permitted by law, FACTID is not liable for organizer-supplied data, campaign rules or external provider failures.
6. Termination and changes
Accounts may be suspended for security, abuse or material breach. Material terms changes may require renewed acceptance. Applicable mandatory consumer or data-protection rights are not waived.
