FACTID processes only the data needed to provide, secure and improve verifiable promotional draw services.
1. Data we process
Account and organization data, campaign configuration, participant data supplied by organizers, audit/security metadata and technical service logs may be processed.
2. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to perform the service, protect the platform, meet legal obligations and, where applicable, pursue legitimate security and reliability interests.
3. Retention and deletion
Organizations configure retention targets. Personal data should be deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, while non-personal cryptographic evidence may be retained to preserve draw verifiability.
4. Processors and international transfers
FACTID may use infrastructure and service providers as processors. A production subprocessor register and transfer safeguards must be maintained by the operator of FACTID.
5. Your rights
Data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object where applicable, and may complain to a competent supervisory authority.
6. Security and contact
Access is restricted and security events are audited. Privacy requests should be sent to the privacy contact published by the FACTID operator or relevant campaign organizer.
